Jiefubeng Expressway is a section of Zhongnan (Beijing) - Luoyang expressway in the national expressway 7918 plan, which is the main road from the east to the west.The total length of the road is 187.17 kilometers. It was constructed in three phases. The whole road was opened to traffic on October 10, 2004.   

Jiefu-clang expressway is an important part of the economic regional trunk line connecting Henan Luohe-Bengbu-Nanjing. The completion of this road has far-reaching significance for accelerating the economic development of the northwest region, driving the economic transportation in northern Anhui, enhancing the connection with the developed coastal cities and perfecting the layout of the road network in northern Anhui.
